See how a group close actually runs
Nine real screens, in the order a finance team meets them. Click the marker to move on.
That is the close, end to end
Eight entities in, intercompany eliminated, currencies translated, and the group numbers on a dashboard your team can read the same day.
In one session, you will see how Planir:
- Consolidates your entities into one view
- Runs your priority workflow end to end
- Fits the ERP estate you already have
Screens are captures from a Planir demo workspace, Harbour Coffee Group. The figures are that workspace's own and are shown as examples.
What you are looking at
Three chapters, in the order the work happens.
Each entity lands on its own schedule, through a native connection to your ERP, a file drop to your private SFTP, a REST API call or an Excel upload. Data comes into Planir and nothing is written back out to the source, so your ledgers stay where they are.
Entities with their ownership percentage and consolidation method, the group chart of accounts, closing and average FX rates, and the intercompany pairs you tag eliminated inside the run rather than afterwards in a workbook.
Statements by period and scenario, intercompany visible by account code on the balance sheet, dashboards grouped by who reads them, and the working capital trend the controller interrogates once the numbers are closed.
Scope your first workflow
The scoping session is free. Bring the workflow that costs you the most every cycle, and we will define what success on it would look like and what it would take to get there.
